SHIPMENTS

Orders placed before 10,00AM (Spanish time, CEST) will be prepared and shipped the same day, while orders placed after 10,00AM (Spanish time, CEST) will be prepared and shipped the next business day, this would be 24h more.
After making the payment you will receive an order confirmation via email. Within 24 working hours after your order, you will be emailed a second confirmation from the carrier with the information about the shipment and tracking. We do our best in order to deliver the packages within the limits of the time set, nonetheless we cannot be held responsible for delays due to third parties or in cases of force majeur.
For international deliveries the delivery will be within 3 and maximum 8 business days according to the country. Please, take a look at the country list to know your shipping conditions. Should you not find your country in the list, contact us: info@lanasalpaca.com We will let you know if there is any possible way to ship to your country.
MINIMUM ORDER
There is no minimum order amount for any of the countries we ship.
EXTRA-EU SHIPMENTS
If your order will be shipped to a country outside of the European Union, it is possible that additional charges, taxes or customs fees may apply due to local and/or customs laws.
We ship your package via the Incoterm DDU (“duties and taxes unpaid”), that is, we send your package to the place of delivery, but don’t assume any additional costs previously described. The person that will receive the package will assume the customs fees related to the import of products and will be responsible for the payment of the same (even if the package is rejected).
If you want to send a package to someone who lives outside of the European Union, please make sure they know there may be additional charges for which they will be responsible. Furthermore, it is possible that your delivery may be delayed due to customs issues.
PLACE OF DELIVERY
The order will be delivered to the given address. For the delivery to be effective and without problems, please indicate the address as detailed as possible and leave us a phone number to be able to contact you.
RETURNS
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can always return the items during the legal period of time established by law. You can see all the info on the section “Returns”.
